DragonPencil is small company, independent of any publishing houses. Our mission is to serve the needs of self-publishing children's authors. If you are a self-published author or are considering becoming one, DragonPencil can help.

DragonPencil grew from the tiniest of seeds. For years, Jerry Seltzer illustrated children's books for self-publishing authors. He noticed that all his clients encountered the same troubles and obstacles. Realizing that these authors could help each other by sharing knowledge, Jerry began DragonPencil. Eventually DragonPencil offered other services besides illustration such as editing and book design. Now it has grown into this wonderful company where authors can just write books and trust the rest of the process to the DragonPencil experts if they want to.
